The Comprehensive Assessment of Leadership for Learning (CALL) Team partners with WestEd to provide school improvement services across the country. WestEd has been a great and their Comprehensive School Assistance Program has been a great partner. WestEd has a tremendous reputation for providing services to schools in need, and it was clear to us that the CALL leadership assessment and feedback system aligns with their work. The WestEd team uses CALL as a diagnostic tool to assess the needs of the schools with whom they work. Based on the resulting CALL data, the WestEd team works with their schools to implement school improvement initiatives and strengthen school leadership. Schools can re-administer the CALL survey at a later date to assess progress in particular areas.
